YOGA TABLEAUX: a professional development ZOOM or LIVE workshop

Educators will receive techniques in how to use yoga practices and drama procedures to bring stories to life. These techniques will demonstrate new ways to increase body awareness, sharpen attention and concentration,  Sessions will also provide information about nature, as well as using yoga for storytelling and fun! There is a belief that hundreds and hundreds of years ago, in India, all creatures lived in harmony with nature. People saw this and began imitating all things natural. As they did these movements, they found their bodies grew stronger and more flexible. This is Yoga, a way to use our minds, breath and bodies all at the same time bringing peace and happiness.
